    IMPORTANT:

    - The best-before/expiry date of the packaged beverages is set by Click&Brew according to the product. (For beer and certain other drinks the recommended period is 1 year. If you require a different specific date, please indicate it in the remarks section. Click&Brew is not responsible for any extra time added by the client beyond the recommended best-before date.)

    - Labels must be moisture- and water-resistant. If you supply the labels yourself, this requirement must be met. (Click&Brew will not be liable for products whose labels are not resistant to moisture or water.)

    - Goods must leave the factory within 1 week of the packaging date. If storage service is required, please state this in the remarks section so we can define the service needed. (If, without having contracted shipping or storage, the goods are not collected within one week of the packaging date, the product will be sent to a logistics centre and you will be invoiced for the related transport, handling and storage costs.)

    The personal data you provide will be incorporated into an automated file of personal data managed by CLICKANDBREW, SL, and will be used in accordance with the conditions of our “Privacy Policy”. The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. Data will not be transferred to third parties except when there is a legal obligation. You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it or request its deletion whenever you deem it necessary.
